Cotton Bags - Just a thought? £3.50

Our latest awareness and self-help tool is our environmentally friendly cotton bags which are lightweight, foldable, reusable and biodegradable and ideal for carrying magazines and folders.

Our 5oz Cotton Bags are made from natural or dyed material. The dimensions are 380x430mm and they come with long handles, suitable for shoulder carrying.

The bag also carries an OCD awareness message printed on one side, in Pantone Orange 166C, and the other side is purposelly left blank for times when you prefer discretion.

The bags carry the message 'Just a thought?' and the charity's website address. The 'Just a thought' message is the popular awareness initiative from OCD-UK to raise awareness of Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder. The message not only helps explain the condition, but also helps remind sufferers during tougher moments that their obsessive thoughts are just that, thoughts. The ever decreasing cirlces of the tree are also symbolic of how OCD can manipulate us over time.

The 'Just a Thought?' slogan was coined by an OCD-UK member, who said "OCD is so misunderstood. Sufferers all know that what they worry about is just a thought, and I hope that slogan will remind them of that when they have a bad moment". "But the question mark tells the story of OCD. People who don't have OCD can have a negative thought and put it away without question. For OCD sufferers, it may become an obsession, and that in turn can lead to their compulsions."
